Refund policy

You can return an unused cartridge within 30 days of delivery. The cartridge must be dry and in its original packaging. To start a return, email info@meridianfiltration.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.

If the return is due to a fitment error we confirm, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the cartridge.

Used cartridges cannot be returned. Once a cartridge has run in a pool system it can't be resold.

Cartridges are covered by Excel Filters' 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a cartridge fails due to a defect within six months of delivery, email info@meridianfiltration.com with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement.
